The National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine will conduct an off-schedule check of Zeonbud company.
Council Head Yuriy Artemenko said at a briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday that the decision is linked to many applications submitted on October 10 and October 12 regarding the fact that Zeonbud's signal has again been encoded.
After October 12, 20 TV channels were again broadcasted in the Zeonbud network using the non-encoded signal.
Artemenko said that Zeonbud sent a letter to the council. Engineers cannot explain what the problem was, adding that a commission has been created for settling the issue.
The council decided to conduct the off-schedule check to define if the case was planned or it was a technical problem.
