Israeli EL AL launches flights from Kyiv to Tel Aviv under UP brand
Israel's national airline EL AL from March 30 started operating flights from Kyiv to Tel Aviv under the brand of UP.
According to a press release from the airline, flights are operated on board Boeing 737-900ERs with 180 seats.
The first flight from Kyiv was 92% occupied. The minimum ticket price is $99, including airport fees. The airline will operate seven flights a week, from June 29 this number will increase to 11 flights per week.
EL AL Airline (EL AL Israel Airlines) was founded in 1948 as the national airline of Israel. It is headquartered in Tel Aviv. The airline has the reputation as one of the safest in the world. It flies to Asia, Africa, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
