EL AL expects passenger flow will grow by 77.6% on Kyiv-Tel-Aviv route in 2014

Israel's national airline EL AL expects that passenger flow on the Kyiv-Tel-Aviv route will grow by 77.6% in 2014, the general representative of the company in Ukraine Oleh Maksymov said at a meeting with reporters on Monday.

He said that in 2013 the passenger flow would be 76,000 passengers, growing by 10% compared with 2012.

"In 2014, we expect that passenger flow will be 135,000-140,000 on the Kyiv-Tel-Aviv route, taking into account the new UP brand," he said.

As reported, EL AL Israel Airlines was founded in 1948 as a national carrier. It is headquartered in Tel-Aviv. The airline has the reputation of being one of the safest airlines in the world. It flies to Asia, Africa, North America, Europe and the Middle East.
