Intergal-Bud to launch 2 new projects in Kyiv by late 2024

Intergal-Bud has announced the start of two new projects with a total area of about 190,000 square meters, scheduled for launch by the end of 2024, Hanna Laevska, Commercial Director of Intergal-Bud, has said in an exclusive interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

"This year, we are launching two new projects in Kyiv – another phase of the Yaskravy development and a new project on Prychalna Street on the left bank," she said.

The Yaskravy project will involve the reconstruction of a shopping center on Poliarna Street, with the addition of a residential component. A modern shopping gallery and a multi-level parking structure will be added.

According to Laevska, during the reconstruction, the Silpo supermarket will continue operating at its current location until a larger space is built for it in a nearby section. She also announced the upcoming arrival of a McDonald's at the location, with a preliminary lease agreement already signed.

"The Poliarna project will feature around 50,000 square meters of residential space. We are currently finalizing the paperwork under new regulations (with the registration of a special property right for future housing), and we plan to start construction in September," Laevska stated.

The second project is Prychalna, a residential complex on the left bank in a developing area. The project covers approximately 5 hectares and includes 140,000 square meters of space, including parking.

"The buildings will have cascading heights, ranging from 8 to 25 floors, with beautiful terraces overlooking the Dnipro River and the Dnipro Embankment. The podium level will include commercial spaces, and we are already designing premises for a private school. The façade will feature either a medical clinic or a gym; we are still deciding on this aspect at the concept stage," Laevska said.

Intergal-Bud has been active in the residential real estate market since 2003. The company has constructed 170 buildings and currently has 20 residential projects in development. The total project area amounts to 4.6 million square meters. Since the beginning of 2024, the developer has commissioned projects totaling 180,000 square meters. According to Opendatabot data, the company's revenue for 2023 was UAH 959.2 million, with a net loss of UAH 22.9 million.
