Intergal-Bud plans to launch 11 new projects in 2021

The construction company Intergal-Bud (Kyiv) plans to launch 11 new projects in 2021, some of which were postponed due to quarantine.

"Some 11 projects are at the stage of preparation for launch. Some of them were planned to be launched this year, but were postponed due to quarantine. We focused on keeping up with those objects that were already under construction," Commercial Director of Intergal-Bud Hanna Layevska said in an exclusive interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

According to her, in 2021, three objects are scheduled for release in February and several more in May-June. She clarified that these are residential complexes of comfort and business class in Kyiv, however, projects are also planned to be launched in Lviv and Odesa.

"There are interesting complexes located in the historical part, with unique concepts and non-standard landscaping. There are low-rise buildings with cascading floors, very attractive in appearance. I don't want to reveal all the secrets, but there will be many new interesting locations," she said.

The company plans in 2021 to launch a residential project near the Polytechnic Institute on a 10-hectare site with access to the park. The concept was developed by a Lviv company, she noted.

Intergal-Bud has been operating in the residential real estate market since 2003. Its portfolio includes 74 completed projects with a total area of more than 3 million sq m. The company has built 136 houses, of which 52 are in Kyiv, seven in Kyiv region, 77 in other regions.
