Parubiy wishes victories to Ukrainian althletes at Winter Olympics
Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament Andriy Parubiy has wished victories to Ukrainian althletes at the Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang.
"Some 33 of our athletes will compete in nine sports. On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine I wish victories to our athletes to make the anthem of Ukraine sound more often during distribution of medals," said Parubiy, opening the plenary session of the parliament on Friday.
As reported, at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, Ukraine will be represented by 33 athletes. Games will be held from February 9 until February 25, 2018.
