Yaroslavsky hopes new owners of Metalist will fulfill agreements on club's sale
The former owner of FC Metalist Kharkiv, Oleksandr Yaroslavsky, has said he hopes that he will get the full amount for the sale of the club.
"He [the new owner of the club, Serhiy Kurchenko] said that I had received a high compensation for Metalist. I would like us to be correct and accurate. I've currently received only a small portion of the high compensation, but I'm sure that he is a decent man and that I will get everything on time," he told Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday.
Yaroslavsky noted that the amount of the transaction was not being disclosed, because it is confidential information.
He also thanked Kurchenko for assessing his activity as Metalist president.
"I want to thank him that he appreciated my humble contribution to Metalist and to Ukrainian football," Yaroslavsky said.
