Building of children's healthcare facility hit during missile attack on Kyiv – mayor
The building of a children's healthcare facility was hit during a massive missile attack by Russia against Kyiv on Monday, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko has said.
"One of the buildings of a medical facility was hit," he said on the Telegram channel.
Later, member of the European Solidarity faction Oleksiy Honcharenko implied that a building of the Okhmatdyt National Children's Specialized Hospital in Kyiv's Shevchenkivsky district could have come under attack.
"We are praying that no one gets hurt in Okhmatdyt. A terrible tragedy might happen," he said on the Telegram channel, adding that "hundreds of children with most serious illnesses" are saved there every day.
