Russian forces attack Poltava – local authorities

The Russian occupation forces inflicted a strike on Poltava, Head of Poltava Regional Military Administration Pylyp Pronin has said.

"The enemy has attacked Poltava. A sound of explosion was heard. All details are being clarified," he said on the Telegram channel on Monday.

"Keep calm and silent," the official said.

An air raid alert was announced in the region.
