Zelenskyy: Ukraine sends requests for provision of air defense systems to each country that owns them
Ukraine has submitted requests for air defense systems to every country that owns them, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a video message on Saturday.
"Our power engineers, repair crews, builders, everyone involved in eliminating the consequences of Russian strikes and protecting energy facilities have been working almost continuously all week... I would now like to thank all of you who are really doing everything so that Ukraine lives normally, with electricity, with the possibility work, all our cities and villages," the president said.
"We have provided all the necessary signals to our partners. All specific requests to everyone who owns the necessary air defense systems, everyone who has the necessary missiles, America, Europe, our other partners. Everyone knows what we need. Everyone knows how important it is now to help us defend ourselves from these attacks," Zelenskyy also said.
