As result of shelling of Velykopysarivska community in Sumy region, one killed, two wounded

 On Wednesday, the invaders fired mortars at the Velykopysarivska community in Sumy region, killing a 54-year-old man and wounding two women, the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) said.

"According to the investigation, on March 13, 2024, at about 14:00, the enemy launched a mortar attack on the civilian infrastructure of Velykopysarivska community in Okhtyrsky district. As a result of the attack by the invaders, a 54-year-old civilian was killed and two women were injured," the PGO said in the Telegram channel.

Under the procedural leadership of Okhtyrka District Prosecutor's Office, a pretrial investigation has been launched into violation of the laws and customs of war, coupled with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
