Ukrainian air defense destroy 10 out of 16 Shaheds in Mykolaiv, Kherson and Kharkiv regions at night

On the night of February 9, the Ukrainian air defense destroyed 10 out of 16 Shaheds over Mykolaiv, Kherson and Kharkiv regions, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Friday morning.

"On the night of February 9, 2024, the enemy struck with 16 shock UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type from Cape Chauda - Crimea and Kursk region - the Russian Federation. As a result of combat work, 10 shaheds were destroyed within Mykolaiv, Kherson and Kharkiv regions," the AFU Telegram channel reported.

Units of mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine were involved in repelling the air attack.
