"Recently, information appeared about the crash of a Russian military transport aircraft Il-76, as noted on enemy resources, which allegedly had Ukrainian prisoners of war on board. Now, I, as the authorized person of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, am finding out all the details of the incident and analyzing the information received," Lubinets said in his Telegram channel on Wednesday.
He called on media representatives and Ukrainians not to disseminate false information and trust only official sources.
