Kuleba urges to strengthen Ukrainian air defense: Patriot rocket costs $4.1 mln, damaged power unit costs $19.1 mln
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has urged to strengthen the Ukrainian air defense as much as possible now, noting that much more resources will then be spent on repairing the infrastructure destroyed by the Russians.
“Simple math of supporting Ukraine. One Patriot missile equals $4.1 mln. One damaged power plant unit costs $19.1 mln. That’s why it makes perfect sense to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense to the maximum today in order to save resources later. Human lives saved by air defense are priceless,” Kuleba said on X (Twitter).
