AFU Air Force eliminates 21 of 26 enemy Shahed-136/131 drones
On Wednesday night, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated 21 out of 26 enemy Shahed-136/131s, the AFU press service has said.
"The forces and means of the Air Force, in cooperation with the air defense of other components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, destroyed 21 attack UAVs," the AFU said.
In total, the invaders used about 26 Shahed-136/131 attack drones.
It is noted that the invaders on Wednesday night attacked the territory of Ukraine with Iranian-made kamikaze drones from the north (Bryansk region) and from the south, the eastern coast of the Sea of Azov.
"Aircraft missiles, aviation and mobile fire groups were used in the areas of responsibility of the Center, Skhid (East) and Pivden (South) air commands," the Air Force said.
