Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereschuk has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) on housing, humanitarian and financial assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine.
"Today I have held two important meetings with our UN partners. With the delegation of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, headed by Karolina Lindholm Billing, we agreed on assistance to our internally displaced persons: housing, humanitarian and financial. We signed a memorandum of cooperation," she wrote on her Telegram channel.
In addition, Vereschuk, together with Minister of Social Policy Maryna Lazebna, also met with a delegation from UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund), headed by Mr. Murat Sahin, at which the parties discussed the return to Ukraine of children forcibly deported to Russia.
