In Sumy region, 3 tortured civilians found on of former sites of Russian invaders
Some three tortured civilians were found in Konotop district of Sumy region at the sites of former camps of the Russian occupiers, head of the regional military administration Dmytro Zhyvytsky said.
"Konotop region continues to recover from invasion of orcs. At least three tortured civilian Ukrainians have already been found in the places of former enemy camps," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
