Rescue work at the site of the explosion of the Drama Theater in Mariupol by the invaders will continue despite the shelling, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has said.
"More than 35,000 people have already been rescued from Mariupol. Rescue operations continue at the site of the explosion of the theater, in which Mariupol residents hid from shelling, used it as a shelter. As you know, more than 130 people were rescued. But hundreds more Mariupol residents are under the rubble. Despite shelling, despite all the difficulties, we will continue rescue work," Zelensky said in a video message on Friday.
