Ukraine and Moldova synchronize power grids with EU grid – EC President
Ukraine and Moldova have synchronized their power grids with the EU network, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said.
"Ukraine, Moldova and Europe: shared values, shared power and solidarity. I welcome the key step taken today to keep lights on and houses warm in these dark times by synchronizing the electricity grids of Ukraine and Moldova with the EU grid. We'll continue working to stabilize their power systems," she said on Twitter.
