Enin announces creation of consolidated battalion of National Police

A decision has been made to create a combined battalion of the National Police, in particular, in Kyiv, which will strengthen the defense forces of Kyiv, said First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Enin.

"The other day, a decision was made to create a combined battalion of the National Police, in particular, in Kyiv, which will strengthen the defense forces of Kyiv. They will perform the tasks of the Kyiv defense command. First of all, in the fight against possible enemy landings, they will help block breakthrough areas, as well as carry out other instructions from the Commander of the Kyiv Defense Forces," Enin said in an interview with Radio NV.
