Zelensky, Michel discuss safety of nuclear power plants, tightening of sanctions against Russia, Ukraine's membership in EU
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of the European Council Charles Michel discussed the possibilities of how to jointly secure nuclear power plants over shelling by Russian troops, as well as tougher sanctions against Russia and Ukraine's membership in the EU.
"Continued dialogue with the European Council. Our common task is to secure NPPs, critical production and infrastructure. Discussed ways to implement it, as well as the increase of sanctions against Russia. Raised the issue of πΊπ¦ membership in the EU," Zelensky said on Twitter.
