Sumy region gov reports explosion at oil depot in Okhtyrka

Dmytro Zhyvitsky, Head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, has reported explosions at an oil depot on Okhtyrka.

"Okhtyrka. The oil depot has been hit. 12:30," he wrote on his Telegram channel, attaching a video showing the fire.

"There is a danger of street fighting! Be in a safe place at home, stay away from the windows," he said.
