Russian tanks shot down a bus with civilians in Akhtyrka district, Head of Sumy Regional State Administration Dmytro Zhyvitsky said.
"Between Chupakhivka and Dovzhyk, Akhtyrka district, Russian tanks shot down a bus with civilians. Ambulances are not allowed to get to it now," he wrote on Facebook.
According to him, the area around is mined, they cannot get to them.
"Now the family doctors walk from the outpatient clinic to meet them, to the place of shooting. They will try to provide them with medical care until the ambulance arrives," Zhyvitsky said.
