The territorial defense is conducting street battles in Sumy, Sumy Regional Civil-Military Administration has reported.

"Now the enemy is on the streets of Sumy. The territorial defense is fighting in the street and civilians must stay at home. It is necessary to close the curtains. Stay away from the windows," it said on Facebook.
