Zelensky: Ukraine to lift sanctions from all Ukraine's citizens ready to defend homeland as part of territorial defense

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that by decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), Ukraine will lift sanctions from all citizens of Ukraine who are ready to defend the state with weapons in their hands as part of territorial defense.

"I want to say that we will lift sanctions from all citizens of Ukraine by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, who are ready to defend our state with weapons in their hands as part of territorial defense," Zelensky said in an address to citizens on Thursday.
