Zelensky enacts NSDC sanctions against 28 employees of Russian special services
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree enacting the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine dated August 20, 2021, which imposes sanctions on 28 employees of the intelligence and special services of Russia.
Relevant document No.584/2021 was published on the website of the head of state and comes into force on the day of its publication.
