HACC starts hearing on pretrial restraint for Chaus
The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine (HACC) has started a hearing to apply a measure of restraint for former judge Mykola Chaus, the State Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) is asking the court for a closed hearing, HACC told Interfax-Ukraine.
"The hearing has started. At present, the SBU is requesting a closed hearing," the court said.
The HACC said the hearing was somewhat delayed, since Chaus communicated with his attorneys.
