HACC okays prosecutors' statement to withdraw motion on choosing preventive measure for Tatarov
The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has upheld the prosecutors' application to withdraw the motion on choosing Deputy Head of the President's Office Oleh Tatarov a preventive measure in the form of detention.
The court made the corresponding decision on Wednesday, having considered the prosecutors' application in the process of withdrawing the motion in connection with the possible lack of grounds for suspecting Tatarov and the need to fully familiarize with the case materials.
