Only one polling station in Lebedynske, Donetsk region, not opened as of Sunday morning - National Police chief
One polling station hasn't opened on Sunday in the territory of Donetsk region, which is controlled by the Ukrainian government, in the village of Lebedynske of the Volnovakhsky district, head of the National Police Serhiy Kniazev has said.
"The national police say that only one polling station is not open this morning. The precinct election commission did not start its work. This is the settlement of Lebedynske, Donetsk region, on the disengagement line," Kniazev said.
