Ukrainian NSDC Secretary Turchynov, Interior Minister Avakov blacklisted by Russia
Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov and National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov have been blacklisted by Russia.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a resolution "On the Imposition of Special Economic Measures in Connection with the Hostile Actions of Ukraine towards Russian Citizens and Legal Entities." Economic measures will apply to Ukrainian individuals and legal entities.
Avakov, Turchynov, and Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Valery Chaly are amongst the blacklisted individuals.
