Judiciary working on speediest completion of HACC formation – Poroshenko
The judicial branch within short timeframes is providing for the implementation of judicial reform, including the final formation of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC), Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said.
"I want to thank both the Supreme Qualification Commission of Judges and the High Council of Justice for the tremendous work they are doing to ensure the implementation of judicial reform in the shortest possible time, together with the completion of the formation of the Anti-Corruption Court," the president said at a special plenary session of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on the occasion of the official ceremony of taking the oath by the newly appointed judges of the Constitutional Court Iryna Zavhorodnia and Oleh Pervomaisky on Monday.
