Denisova asks Moskalkova to inform her about state of health of Ukrainian political prisoners
Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Liudmyla Denisova has asked her Russian counterpart Tatyana Moskalkova to inform her about the state of health of Ukrainian political prisoners with the provision of supporting medical documents.
"Oleh Sentsov has been starving for 109 days, Volodymyr Balukh for 165 days. Their health is already supercritical," wrote Denisova on her Facebook page on Thursday.
She also stressed that the state of health of Bekir Degermendzhi, Asan Chapukh and Arsen Dzhaparov, who are kept in the Simferopol detention facility in the occupied Crimea, arouse concern.
