Prison doctors hold meeting, say Sentsov's health acceptable - Moskalkova
The health of Ukrainian film director Oleh Sentsov, who is on hunger strike in a Russian penitentiary, is acceptable, Russian ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova said.
"Today I talked to a penitentiary system representative and the human rights commissioner in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. There was a meeting of doctors in Sentsov's penitentiary yesterday. Doctors from both the FSIN [Russia's Federal Penitentiary Service] and the city hospital in Salekhard gathered to determine what his current health condition is," Moskalkova told reporters on Tuesday.
"Currently, it is acceptable: he's moving around, getting out of bed, and receiving Nutridrink as special nourishment," Moskalkova said.
