Ukrainian Navy starts creating staff center

The staff center was launched on April 27 in Ukrainian Navy and measures to create it were started.

"The staff center of the Ukrainian Navy will fulfill tasks to introduce staff managers to the Ukrainian Navy. Its key functions will be the creation of the effective system of military servicemen career management, ensuring a transparent and bona fide selection system, appointment of military personnel to posts," the Ukrainian Navy wrote on its Facebook page.

According to the report, the specifics of this center will be personalization in work with all categories of military personnel in the issues of career planning and servicing.
