Justice ministry promises to permit other players along with SETAM to organize trading with e-property from May
The Justice Ministry has promised from May 2018 to permit other players, along with state-owned enterprise (SOE) System of Electronic Trading in Seized Property (SETAM), to organize trading with arrested property, authorized official of Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee Ahiya Zahrebelska has said.
"Representatives of the Justice Ministry of Ukraine assured us that from May 2018 on the basis of the existing system the API function will be realized, which was one of the requirements of the market. Thus, the access to the market of electronic platforms in the status of the partner of SOE SETAM will begin," she said on her Facebook page on Thursday.
In the meantime, the government order, which fixes the monopoly function of the organizer of electronic trading with arrested property for SOE SETAM, was made public on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
