Ukraine in 2017 tentatively cut consumption of anthracite by 46% or 4.1 million tonnes, to 4.8 million tonnes, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has reported, referring to Deputy Prime Minister Volodymyr Kistion.
