First Deputy Head of the National Police of Ukraine Viacheslav Abroskin has reported on the performance and disclosure of intentional murders in Ukraine in the last 20 years.
"There were 4,529 and 4,296 crimes solved in 1997 and 2002 respectively, 4,389 in 2014, 3,004 in 2015, and 1,551 in 2017," he wrote on Facebook.
According to him, in 2017, the identities of criminals were established in 1,551 crimes, and 466 murders cases were solved.
"The life of every person, every citizen of our country, regardless of political preferences and social activity is important for us," Abroskin said.
