Cabinet approves plan for implementing secondary education reform until 2029
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the plan of measures for 2017-2029 on the implementation of the concept of implementing the state policy in the field of reforming the general secondary education "New Ukrainian School."
The corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on Wednesday, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
"This plan of measures clearly defines all necessary measures, in particular, the adoption of new state standards, the printing of new modern textbooks, the introduction of new conceptual bases for the new system of training and professional growth of teachers," Minister of Education and Science Lilia Hrynevych said at a government meeting.
It is also planned to create a new school structure.
