Defense Ministry reminds of priority to achieve compatibility with troops of NATO countries until 2020
The achievement of operational and technical compatibility with the armed forces of NATO member states by the end of 2020 remains the priority for the Ukrainian army, acting State Secretary of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry Volodymyr Hovor has said.
"All the defense planning documents adopted in the country set targets to achieve operational and technical compatibility with the armed forces of NATO member states by the end of 2020," the ministry's press service said on Tuesday.
Hovor recalled that the country is continuing defense reform, which is to be completed before the end of 2020.
