Parubiy pre-schedule closes Friday Rada session 'for technical reasons'

Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andriy Parubiy ahead of schedule closed the plenary session of the parliament on Friday.

"Unfortunately, it is technically difficult to work in the session hall. According to Article 51 of the Verkhovna Rada Regulations, due to technical circumstances, I have to close the morning session," he said, closing the meeting.
