Net profit of UkrSibbank totals UAH 566.684 mln in H1 2017

UkrSibbank (Kyiv) saw UAH 566.684 million of net profit in January-June 2017, while a year ago its net loss stood at UAH 982.817 million.

According to a financial report of the bank, net revenue in H1 2017 fell by 11.4%, to UAH 2.09 billion. Commission fee income grew by 26.4%, to UAH 933.042 million.

The bank's assets shrank by 6.7%, to UAH 42.321 billion, including a 16.1% decline in credits and debts of clients, to UAH 17.367 billion.

The charter capital as of late June 2017 did not change, being UAH 5.069 billion, while net worth grew by 13.8%, to UAH 4.671 billion.

UkrSibbank was founded in 1990.

BNP Paribas S.A. (France) as of the beginning of January 2017 owned 59.9996% in the bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) held 40%.

The bank ranked eighth among 90 operating banks as of April 1, 2017, in terms of total assets worth UAH 41.693 billion, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
