Zakharchenko's statement on creation of Malorossiya may block Minsk process
Statement of the self-proclaimed leader of the so-called DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, on the creation of Malorossiya can paralyze the negotiations of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG), Ukrainian representative in the TGG security subgroup Yevhen Marchuk has said.
"This statement can generally block the negotiation process," he said in an interview with 112.Ukraine TV channel on Tuesday.
"This statement was made before tomorrow's meeting in Minsk, and it can happen so that there will be nothing to talk about," Marchuk said.
He said that some of the agreements, reached in Minsk, worked, citing as an example the disengagement of forces and means on the contact line of the sides in several districts of Donbas.
