Rada to consider appeal to Cabinet on visa regime with Russia on condition of reaching consensus – Parubiy
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will consider an appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers on the introduction of a visa regime with the Russian Federation, provided that a consensus is reached among deputies from different factions, Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andriy Parubiy has said.
Answering the question at a press conference in Kyiv on Tuesday, whether it is possible to expect that at the last session week the Rada will consider the introduction of a visa regime with Russia, the speaker replied: "Yes, it is. The appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on returning to the visa regime may be considered at the next plenary session week, if we reach a consensus as a result of political consultations."
