Steps aimed at achieving progress in resolving the Ukrainian issue have been too slow, French President Francois Hollande said.
"As far as the Minsk agreements are concerned, progress has been too slow. Together with [German Chancellor Angela] Merkel, I am ready to call a 'Normandy format' meeting at any moment," he said in Strasbourg.
