Poroshenko, Merkel, Hollande to discuss on phone prospects of Normandy format summit this week

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has had tripartite telephone conversations with French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, the Ukrainian presidential press service said on Sunday.

"It was agreed to hold the next telephone conversation in the tripartite format at the beginning of the next week to determine the prospects of holding a summit in the Normandy format," the Ukrainian president's website said in a statement.
