Poroshenko orders preparations for talks with Brazil on treaty on mutual legal assistance in civil cases
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has ordered setting up a Ukrainian delegation to participate in the negotiations with Brazil on preparing a draft treaty on mutual legal assistance in civil cases.
Corresponding presidential decree No. 438/2016 of October 8, 2016 has been posted on the official website of the president.
According to the decree, the president instructed the Justice Ministry in coordination with the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine to approve instructions for the Ukrainian delegation for the talks, and the Cabinet of Ministers to provide the financing of related activities.
The document also invalidates the presidential decree on the Ukrainian delegation to participate in preparing a draft agreement with Brazil dated October 3, 2013 (No. 315).
