Steinmeier sees Minsk II as guideline for Ukrainian settlement
German Foreign Minister Frank Walter-Steinmeier said the Minsk II package of measures remains the foundation for settling the situation in southeastern Ukraine.
"The Minsk agreements remain a guideline for the settlement of the situation in Ukraine," he told a press conference on Monday following negotiations with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Yekaterinburg.
