Implementation of Minsk Agreements not backed up by political settlement yet - Gryzlov
Russia's representative in the Contact Group on Ukraine, Boris Gryzlov has noted positive trends towards better security on the contact line in Donbas over the year and a half of implementing the Minsk Agreements.
"The February 12, 2015 Minsk Agreements will soon turn a year and a half. It would be possible to sum up the results. Chief among them is the end to the massive loss of life on the contact line and the everyday life gradually resuming in the southeast of Donbas," he told reporters after a Contact Group meeting in Minsk
"Regrettably, there is no progress in the political settlement to back up these positive trends," Gryzlov said.
