Parubiy signs decree on renaming Kirovohrad as Kropyvnytsky
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andriy Parubiy on July 14 in the presence of journalists signed a decree on renaming Kirovohrad as Kropyvnytsky within the process of de-communization.
"I immediately sign the decree to rename the city of Kirovohrad as Kropyvnytsky," Parubiy said at a briefing in parliament on Thursday and signed the document.
