Competition agency dismisses T4V's claim over results of MNP tender
Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee has dismissed a claim of T4V LLC to challenge the results of a tender to buy software and equipment for the introduction of the mobile number portability (MNP) service.
"We have finished a hearing of the claim by T4V LLC about violation of a procedure for holding procurement tender to design and introduce a centralized database of the portable numbers automated system by the Ukrainian State Center of Radio Frequencies (UCRF). The claim is not satisfied. The customer can sign the agreement in line with Article 18 of the law on public procurement," authorized government official of the Antimonopoly Committee Agia Zahrebelska wrote on her Facebook page.
UCRF on January 25 chose Dialink LLC to buy software and equipment required to introduce the MNP service.
